A&A Machine & Fabrication, LLC has proactively created stringent Quality Assurance policies in an effort to provide the highest quality products to our customers. It is the single goal of the A&A QA manual to ensure that every item leaving our shops meets or exceeds customer expectations.

The following policy has been created to achieve these efforts:

STATEMENT OF AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITY


1.1 The purpose of the A&A Machine & Fabrication, LLC Quality Control Policy is to establish adequate inspection and quality control throughout the entire process of manufacturing to assure that all parts, components, and assemblies manufactured by A&A Machine & Fabrication, LLC or procured from other sources, conform with contractual and design/specification requirements of our customers and A&A Machine & Fabrication, LLC.

1.2 A&A Machine & Fabrication, LLC Quality Control Inspection, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production Personnel shall be governed by this manual for all orders requiring conformance to customer specifications.

1.3 Department heads are responsible for their assigned activities. They may delegate the performance of their assigned duties to competent individuals, but they shall retain the responsibility for their assigned activities.

1.4 The Director of Quality Control (DQC) has sole responsibility for implementing and maintaining this manual to current conditions. The DQC has the authority and organizational freedom to identify quality control problems and to initiate, recommend, and provide solutions, and he shall have the authority to stop work on any job should the product be found to be in non-conformance.

1.5 In the event of a disagreement in the implementation of this Quality Control Policy between department heads, the problem shall be brought to the Vice-President for resolution based on sound engineering practices.
